The main reason why someone will not like a service engineer post as it is 24*7 and there are no advantages in the engineer scope. I mean if a call raise at 2am night you have to go within 1 to 2 hours. And also sometimes you will be informed 30 minutes before to go for a site even at mid night. There have no Office Politics, For fresher Hitachi Hi-Rel is excellent for gathering knowledge and New Things. Training infrastructure also excellent.

Salary Stricture is poor. Medical policy also terrible, one lacks only for a family. Increment Process also poor. Normal Yearly Increment less than 2000. As Compare to other MNC Hitachi Hi-Rel employee's salary Standard always lesser. They don't have any Employee Retain policy also.
