As a production engineer, If you are thinking you can learn many things at work place you are completely wrong because of work load you can't move anywhere to left your work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Feedback on work completely depends on your immediate boss. In the very 1st year of mine here at HHPE, I was under a person who used to torture/drain off his sub ordinates, mentally, emotionally, professionally. There used to be no official timings.

I have joined Hitachi hirel 2 times (June'19-Jan'21) And (Nov'22 - Mar'24) My first inning was wonderful, my boss was very supportive.

Dislikes

After COVID all the control was in Indian team. And it becomes terrible. They are not following the Japanese culture in Japani Company. My 2nd inning was good, after Sep 23 (When my boss left the organisation) it is worst company. Purchase department is Hell now because of Payal Gurjar and Sachin Borisa
