Joining as a Management Trainee(MT) after Campus selection means going through rigorous training. The company ensures to give an on-job training followed by theoretical examples. Not been through any appraisal cycles yet. All inter-city and state office travels are reimbursed by the company. Not much of learning as you are posted ina remote branch & work independently. There is nothing to like about Hitachi Cash management services.

The work culture is very toxic.We don't have owrk life balance.We are not allowed to take leaves .In 2 years only 2 days leave was granted to me.We had to work on even Sundays & on holidays.I shall not recommed any one to work here.The management have a very cheap mindset.

I was an employee for 7 months . The team members were very helpful and also BM was a very good guy. Salary structure is low but it's come on time. If you want to work in low salary scale you can join there.

No work life balance. Older technologies . No further growth . Few peoples are always on a mood of work politics . If you don't have any other options only then go and work there.
