Work-life balance is good. The company is liberal in terms of granting leaves (provided you do not take undue advantage). Not much of training given as it is more of On-the-job training. Appraisal is average & they don't give much of hike. Job security is mostly high unless your involved in any major financial scams (Seen two major ones in my tenor).

Dislikes

Finance team is the most laid back & does not release payments for the vendors. There are way too many processes the company wants to implement but there are no back-end supports provided by the IT Team in this regard. There is no innovation involved as the company simply bends to all rules imposed by the customers without objectingor putting forth their views. Not much of learning for MBA grads as the job does not allow them to take decisions that normally a Branch Head is given liberty. In terms of career growth also,do not see any uprise for people as most vacancies are posted for Mumbai HO & they end up taking the people internally favoured.
