Too much work load People are not paid adequately with respect to the work they do on a daily basis Promotions/IJP's are not based on performance but are based on how much you can chat your Manager's feet HR says we can take holidays, then the Manager says we should know better as employees and not take leaves. The best part is that they themselves will be on leave for that optional off. If you are a dedicated employee they will work you to death. No appreciation for quality/good work. There is nothing dislikes, unfortunately my reporting mangager Puneet kakade has demotivated me, insult with multiple words every week. Example - I work for 14 hours on a daily basis and was handling criminal background verification for US process and my Manager says - you work like a donkey which he not satisfied and so on .
