Product and brand acquisition infra management and new infra creation , known brand so relationship should be easy with subdealer and super distributer, network and channel learning.

Bossism culture is very high not cooperative and attrition rate very high due to bad working culture specially the name mentioned in the block (Jagdish kakade) very much politician and immature person don't have clarity of team handling so result should his team attrition rate is very high. Extremely toxic culture.. Management will use you for their personal benefits and they will fire you without reasons. They will hide company policies with you so that you can't avail them.
