I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The only thing i like about Hippo video is culture. You don't feel like you are in office. You will find a family in Hippo video. It is because of only few people.

Dislikes

The management is too bad. You won't get enough salary/appraisal/promotion. They will get lot of work from you. They even make you to work almost on all weekends. But they won't give the enough salary. Also, there is no job security at all. They will fire you even if your performance was too good. So please don't join here. They will select you and then will fire you within months. I gave overall rating to 3 points only for the culture....Read More
