This is one of the best place I have ever worked. Benefits for agents are just wow... Yes requires a lot of time to get any approval but I have never Seema comaonay spends like mad for their employees. Apart from work there is a lot of fun involved which is the best part.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
