Intrusive top management with basic understanding of business and no ability to provide insights Other CxO are mere pets and lack a spine. PM's are caught in build trap. They are actually backlog managers and no PM process or frameworks followed Lack of resources and bandwidth made available to PM's All sprints go out of scope. If a PM says no it's looked down upon. The manager Parul Batra was a horrible mentor and a person who is religion biased and a depressed person who has anger issues due to that I was unable to enjoy my work as she has temper issues.
