I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's company where you should join when you reach at the mid management level and want a stable unproblematic life. It's terribly focuses on employee's skill, has no training schedule for GETs and doesn't give role according to post. Even a manager does a job of a supervisor and GETs are sent to manage floors from 1st month withoutproper training. Fully lala company, promotion/ increments depends on the amount of oil you apply to your boss.Pay scale is terribly bad. Has no budget for R&D and innovations....Read More
