Kohler Jhagadia has a toxic environment for everyone. They fake a democratic culture, specially HR. People are always pleasing HR unwillingly, because ultimately they dominate every situation. They poke their nose in all maters, even when they know nothing. They force individuals to do what they want, they take advantage of others people's weaknesses, intimidate the employees, create fear as if they are goons. The fire like anything, even the plant head, SCM head, EHS were removed in a single shot. The bosses of dept are in fear of HR and doesn't take any stand in fear of losing job, hence only a puppet. You can only survive by licking their ###. And boom in a year or two you are the HOD. And yes you will definitely be favoured to a high position, untill you are fired. Yes its a trap.The shopfloor operators, supervisors and mfg dept are good and helpful and work very diligently. Some people are really good at behaviour and some favoured! Horrible manager I worked under Padmasri Padmanabhan, as she ruined my mental health and peace of mind by unethical work practices, forceful weekend work without pay, daily extending work shifts, interfering in to my personal life, stalking my personal life, disgusting comments and unprofessional behavior which is really frustrating and harrassing. She has changed the beautiful work culture of Kohler in to extremely toxic that it made me leave a great company. It no longer feels like a captive organization rather just like one of the toxic BPO companies in worked for in the past.
