Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for appraisals are fail and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of political and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years be for which you cannot resing. On the job training is not give to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was on formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me. Get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Firstly, I love the way this company treat's its employees. I don't know about others but I myself gained quite good amount of knowledge while working with the company for 2yrs approximately. Only thing that I dislike is increment of salary. May be that was my first time n the showroom too had quite a number of issues. And hope this won't be the same issue again.
