They'll make you work 24*7. Basically a freelancing job disguised as a full time position. They'll set unrealistic targets for you. During salary payment, Ifra Naaz will manipulate and gaslight you into thinking that whatever they have paid is still much more than you deserve. Salary and salary days are also not fixed. The worst company I have ever worked for...they didn't pay the full salary as asked in the interview. Even they asked every employee to stay in the meeting with open camera through the whole day. If you are not able to pay the full salary, then you have no right to ask the employee to stay in the meeting throughout the day. There is no on job training for fresher. The only thing is that you have to provide business from the very first month to get the salary.

Working days and timings Monday to Saturday and 10 am to 07 pm. All day meetings will be held and no salary and incentives are provided and the work environment is not good also. They will reveal our identity and details etc to anyone. When you Google about Hindustan Recruitment, Delhi it wilk show temporarily closed.
