I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Since Hindustan news print limited is a government of india enterprises so there is too much involvement of union people. We can not take decision freedomly.

Work Details

Working as a shift in charge, associated in smooth operation of 3 nos, 60TPH , AFBC boiler , 2 now of Steam generated turbine of capacity 15 mw and 7 mw respectively. Making daily reports, log books arc , allocation of men power etc.

Company job is excellent, work is too good for me. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
