...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company has gone for liquidation. Salaries are less for fresher. Salaries payment are not in relation to the work performed. Training are less.

Since Hindustan news print limited is a government of india enterprises so there is too much involvement of union people. We can not take decision freedomly.

It was a great opportunity for working on Hindustan newsprint Limited as apprentice trainee. On this apprenticeship training period I got training in mechanical maintenance of paper machine, Wrapping machine, Winder, Salvage winder, Core making machine with other accessories like Pumps,Valves, gear boxes, Air Compressor, Air motor and EOT Cranes. I got a very well trained employees there, for training me and helping me to presenting my skills in my job.
