Very good teammates adjustable, staff development programs are conducted and faculties are encouraged to do research work, very peaceful work environment. Job is secured yearly increments and bonus will be given by the management. Management treat the staff well. Enjoyed working in HICAS.

Dislikes

Really nothing to say. Pleasant work environment. No over load of work and i never felt work pressure.

Working at HICAS is very comfortable, colleagues are adjustable, very good work environment, management always encourage staff to upgrade their status, reasonable salary and yearly increments are paid. Good work life balance, there's no extra time work other than college hours no need to stay back.
