I’n Hincol management is very poor and misbehaving with employee and no good policy for employee. All policy is on paper not in physically used. HR staff very bed after leave the company no one pic the call for your full and final settlement. In Hincol work like big Lala company not a professional bed increment of every year. So I’m never recommending to any one to join this poor organisation for waste your time and career better to join small company except this bed organisation....Read More
