During lockdown time the company provided everything like mask, sanitizer, and all, well coming to job security it's average level i thought. In HAL the management is poor because they won't take seriousness about trainees,

Actually I'm working in foundry and forge division so work is little bit hard, I'm working in quality department it's a good experience we are going to check the quality about every single part produce from the forging process.

It is a good place to learn. There is a lot of things to learn especially after the completion of graduation. You can learn about Engines, Manufacturing process, and R&D, etc. Because here you can find a world-class engineering setup. With help this you can search job outside. If you are ready to spend a year of time to gain skills and knowledge then you can do graduate training in HAL.

Everywhere we can find dislikes. But we have to focus on gaining skills and knowledge at the time of training.
