The work culture in HAL is the best which is in a systematic order with proper team work and high inspection for which the loss is very less and the quality is more effective.The salary and payment mode is very perfect and in accurate timing. Daily morning meeting with AGM and DGM with full work details is discussed and planning ismade to improve the process and better production ability. I have learned much in this company about the maintenance of furnace, calibration of furnace,oven, thermostat,shell heater, controller,x Ray scanning of metals, ultrasound, Eddy current check and other different quality analysis which is required for better improvement in production.I am really thankful to be a part of HAL...Read More
