So much favorism in name of rigion, language, support of non performer by union & management,top management have no idea who is really working,only foot licker always shines,real performer have no respect ,he/ she leave company company due to poor disciplines displinary actions, company must keep performing work force,reduce to 25k to 12k in next 3 years,make per employee contribution 3 crore every year like other aerospace companies Dassault,Boeing,GKN....Read More
