Likes

My company supporting all employees so well. Now i realised the greatness of HLF group. No layoff, no salary deduction unlike other companies. I m blessed to be part of this wonderful company at this part of time. I will support this company in every possible way.

Dislikes

proper traning should be given to new employees and apart from this no other problems. So far so good.

I m working as an credit analyst or credit underwriter, processing of vehicle loans, providing NOC s, branch management etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
