1 The process has 100% young people and support from peers is very good 2 Job security is good 3 DLF is huge plus point as we can find everything in and outside

Things I don't like 1 Transport 2 Process level HR 3 They never give you a holiday ( they say what you will do staying home in American holiday and on Indian holidays they say you work for American process) this sentence was told by HR during a meeting multiple time. 4 They give postion only to most experienced people rather than most eligible 5 I was asked a question during my appraisal "what have you done for the company?" The thing is company never did a extra thing for the employees over ctc and they ask these type of question (They even tried to make employees to come during pandemic but it got back fired) 6 No training for skill development. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. We have to concern about our Job security. Salary will credit on time. They paid me for 1 month salary for free when there is lockdown going on every where.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Tgey didn't alloted desktops for me when there work from home started. I bought a laptop with my own savings.its hard to work on single monitor but I was working and trying to reach targets but management didnot recognised my efforts and struggles.Mainly supporting staff are not supportive. When it comes to the salary is very much low. It's not in pay slip what their are saying when we are joining. When it comes to work management don't understand our issues. Team leaders they even don't know what is going on they even don't understand our concerns and they feel like school teachers. I have seen some people they don't have minimum comenscence and they don't know how to behave with team members. There is no growth in this company except work pressure. There is no shift allowance. Initial training given is good, given the thin chance that you find good teammates and colleagues you can survive working in this organization. A handful of the team leads are very knowledgeable and understand the team members. The organization also provides two-way transport.

Compensation and bonuses depend on how much the team leads and managers like you. Management does not value individuals' strength and is not interested in the growth of any individual.No proper training is given to new team leads so the tenured employees have to constantly keep telling the leads how the project functions.
