Initial training given is good, given the thin chance that you find good teammates and colleagues you can survive working in this organization. A handful of the team leads are very knowledgeable and understand the team members. The organization also provides two-way transport.

Compensation and bonuses depend on how much the team leads and managers like you. Management does not value individuals' strength and is not interested in the growth of any individual.No proper training is given to new team leads so the tenured employees have to constantly keep tellingthe leads how the project functions. They do not understand the urgency of an outgoing employee and behave very rude and disrespectfully to the outgoing employee. Job security is minimum unless the team leads and managers like you. My work was to order medical equipments for US patients.the process was very critical,even a single dot or an alphabet is missed it will be an error and it indirectly impacts on patient's life.i was very good in maintaining good quality continuously.

I have worked for 2 years and as per my knowledge. This is a one of the best company for learners who wants to make their career with KPO/BPO. Everything is good but we need lot of patience to get higher position like TL/Specialist etc.. IJP's will be there to prove yourself and change your life as you expected it yo be.
