The higher ups have a good appraisal assessment but the associate are given a raise of 2000 in the appraisal cycle the discrimination is their while hiring as well for any position and also the team are given trainees freshers or interns to save the cost and when the error is done by them they throw the ball to us stating that why havent you check it. Where the team needs an experienced person the HR head states that teach them and make them experienced and the issue with that is once we teach them they leave so their is no help with that as well due the compensation and looking at the given appraisal....Read More

They make us work 2x times faster like robots. They will increase the targets frequently. During the initial days they will say 2 week offs but when the time passes they will ask us to work on the week offs in the name of deficit hours without showing the proper data. And the office politics are the worst they will have the personalgrudges which they will show during the appraisals and promotions....Read More

But I Worked with noon as a outsourcing of MYND solutions.. mynd also very big and good company but you all guys know when we are in offrole then some benefits and salaries depend upon outsourcing company side...
