Hi guys please read this before you join this organisation i have joined this organisation in my past i joined as a fresher in this company in a "TITAN PROCESS" first they give you training after that in my OGT period i have not cleared my certification in first time and second time i was trying and giving my 100% to company the quality analyst and team leader is listening my calls and making fun of that i was listening all those things behind the desk the tl and was not knowing that I'm listening i feel demotivate on this the floor manager don't know what's going on floor and in starting tl start giving you a work pressure also i was about to inform the manager but i thought it will negative impact for my collicks so that the reason I left this company after that they abscond me ""THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THIS ORGANISATION IT'S ALL ABOUT YOUR CAREER"" this was my worst experience in my life...Read More

It was not a good experience, I'll prefer not to join this company again. So much favouritism thay don't allow leaves even if we have it in our bucket. No scope for appraisal, people are getting 50 rs appraisal.

Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Also they didn't gave my stipend and makes me fool like we will adjust in salary payroll next month next month and next month....Read More

Environment, No targets and work pressure

Partiality based on language. Raising a doubt like the company is in Karnataka or in Kerala/Tamilnadu. 9/10 promotions will happens for KL & TN employees only. They did not celebrate Kannada Rajyotsava. But management had time to celebrate and decorate the floor for Onam, Christmas etc. Not a good place to work for Kannadigas.

There is nothing to like much, however any freshers or people who come from villages for them to develop their basic BPO culture it is useful

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More

This company will ruin your life. They say it's a 9-hour shift during the interview, but you end up working 10-11 hours. You get a 1-hour break, but they tell you to return in 10-15 minutes and skip the rest of your break. There's no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary. The management and HR is not good for anyone, the do not talk good the do not provide salary and bank change information if you want you will change your salary bank account the ask you your bank NOC and if you asked why the give you answer it company policy if you has taken lone and you not pay so bank contact to company thas why we want Bank NOC and also you have time period in company 6 months and HR they do not have any kind of information if you asking they give you answer anything I worked one year 6 months is very good but after 6 months they give you very bad treatment as salary part give you 2 part fist is 1 to 3 days and second part they give you after 15 days and you asked they give you answer it not our hand the salary second part government party fi the release after creadit your bank we can't do this company is good but management and policy very bad and I have tell you one more thing the have portel if you have any issues for any person no matter what designation they have the give you it some kind information you raise your concern but actually if you have really raises any issues the block your account and HR or manager tell you without any informa your TL do not raise any issues.......Read More
