Teammates are good training was amazing, 100% job safety, HGS is the best place for carrier growth. Environment is good.

Dislikes

There is no unity within the team, salary is very poor and appraisal too, so much of politics and bias. So much of work pressure.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
