Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.

No promotion for graduate apprentice (GOI). Mechanical and Die Shop departments are better for GOI (Rest of all not good).
