Eternia windows from Hindalco is a very poor work culture organization headed by a poor experienced CEO and unprofessional VP. They will hire showing big but once employed it is a nightmare. Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.
