There are very much things to Dislikes. 1. Zero work life balance 2. Poor management culture 3. Zero skill development 4. Managing staff is very less skilled. 5. Worst canteen facility 6. This plant is in startup phase hence high work load and less skilled management. 7. Selection process is based on salary range only importance for skilles are minimal 8. Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.
