It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . The company relies on relationship with govt authority ....Read More

Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.
