Employees union is very strong & not flexible. Unionise staff & workers not giving their 100% even after escalations from HODs to HR or Top Management. HR Dept. is very very week in handling Unionise employees.

Nothing. Worst Company with very old working styles. No thoughts towards employees. The management may be good but the people managing the employees are old old people who are still using pen and paper in this digital age.

Dislikes

Even if you highlight some negative thing, nothing will change. They expect you to be available at whims and fancies of the boss. Always telling to work on weekends and after office hours. Office politics always. Leaving office on time even when no work is there here feels like a crime.
