No Job security , absolutely no work culture since this family run business and close relatives are posted in all locations irrespective of Qualification. For no valid reason employees/contracted are removed from job. The Management and their children dictate terms with the employees.

Was managing entire Logistics of the company . Transportation by Air, Road ,Rail and Reefer Vans. Brought lot of savings month over month since I was on Contract . Due to pandemic they removed me from service with out giving valid reason.

This company readily adopts latest technology. High quality products and a very good global client base. Working ambience is very supportive. Colleagues as well as superior help to develop and groom the personnel. The most important fact that each and every personnel irrespective of post can directly communicate with management (Director's of the company)

There is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks guide or train them step by step

It makes us learn a lot and a very considerate and helpful environment with amazing people who enjoy and love their work . It motivated me to work and learn better, expand my knowledge and trained me to be a better professional as a fresher

Salary raises were low and disrespectful employees and managers were entertained while being called a strict cooperate with expectations of disciplined employees when managers were crossing their line and no disciplinary action were taken against them

Typical family owned business here you always have to struggle to be in good book's of the management. You can get good money only if you are always keep pleasing. One good thing is if you are in good books then sky is the limit for your growth.

HR policy is worst. HR team don't work for any goodwill of the employees. Once you resign you will be treated harshly. Office politics is something you can't avoid. No work life balance you will be frequently receive call even if you on personal leave. Many personal questions asked like do u have BF or GF where does he/she lives?.
