Proprietary control over the company. No promotion for middle to lower level even if working for 15 years. Only seniors can get high salary and promotion. Close person of top senior can get growth even from lower level. There are huge partiality for works and salary and promotion and has politics.

Full of politics Full of discourage Full of uncultured management Full of dust and pollution and no ethics. Management even changes public holiday as per their requirement. No defined job roles no proper salary structure and no proper appraisal. Full of nepotism. Worst experience ever.
