Was really satisfied by management programs for career developments. Much team was the best. My manager Mr. Sherif contributed much in my career development. Hilton standards and value were strictly followed and we the team members benefited much. We appreciated the end of the year bonus from the management however it had conditions to take it.

Every bit of things were good except for service charge we used to get because it was a fixed one 150 monthly.

Good work environment and the culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
