When I started with the Hilton its good but later after the covid the culture becomes more toxic.

No management No one listens to your words The executive chef is the worst person (A. Kukreti) Long duty hours Break shift After 2.5 yrs only an 8% increment, the bonus goes into the owner's pocket. GM ( Mr murti) is full of ego.
