Well structured company with a very supportive higher management.lot of scope to learn and upskill

Work life balance is terrible .almost 12 hours working every day without any overtime. Very disgusting service manager. Worst Work politics and no job security.. they will fire you without giving any proper reasons.

Finance team specially C&C team is very much biased in every aspect be it with their internal employee or it is with market reach. Specially National Head C&C should be moved immediately. Also so called AR controller is also very rude and rough with their internal partners and market reach as well.
