Company has to be honest nothing to be likable. Only old seasoned employees are preferred for all the tasks. I was employed as an ATL but still the BDM's were prioritised and a lot of favouritism os prevalent

The worst organisation to start with don't do there if you are employed let it be because they scam there clients as well the employee also They say the different things to you at the time of joining and different scenario after going into the organisation

The TL is the whole politics queen and a fraduester she will say in will of you but play very dirty politics and you cannot trust even the co founder of the company , that's why there are only 4-5 employees working there Don't go to work there it's a fraud organisation
