1. Massive attrition fuelled by toxic leadership, scared HR teams by the CEO 2. No WLB. The folks are visibly scared of their jobs and are in a constant hunt. 3. Constant headcount reduction due to cost cutting agenda 4. Missing revenue targets for last few years 5. Mis- communication - false story around company going ipo

Small company, startup, so you get broad exposure. Specialized area and expertise so high growth potential of company

Dislikes

Arbitrary clueless CEO who thinks he can disrupt sap/ERPs nd behaves as if already done, but can't get his own tools or teams to work right. Weak HR and weak VPs all across departments, do not raise voice. Insecured n frustrated employees.
