Only company which is rated the least in all companies in hyderabad, they hire and fire , most bad CEO ever on this earth, he recently fired CTO and CFO and so many senior leaders - The ratings in apps like Ambition box and glass door speaks for worst job security, every day people sleep and wake up with fear of losing their job

Apart from some 10-20 thousand more in salary this company has absolutely NOTHING good.. You will REGRET FOREVER IN YOUR LIFE if you join this company. Worst CEO and FOUNDER ever. Thinks of himself as OMNIPOTENT. He doesn't come and address anyone in real even if he is sitting literally in the next room. Absolutely filthy place.

Absolutely everything in this company is not just bad it is PATHETIC.. Read the thousands of reviews and horror stories and decide for yourself. And if you are an employee reading this please check first if your job is there and you are needed in office tomorrow first. Hire and Fire culture at its peak.

1. Collaboration with team to some extent 2. Transparency of objectives and where are we mostly 3. Company culture on PAPER ( Company has done a good job in defining the culture; mostly they are similar to that of Amazon because back then CEO was following Amazon:D)

1. Work life balance doesn't exist: If you have a family or partner or a life outside work. Never ever join. I joined the company as a fresher so I was able to accommodate but when I got a family or started focusing on health or personal development/life outside work it became terrible. 2. Product building and thinking has gone out of the window. There are people from operations or non product management or non tech backgrounds heading product teams. 3. Leadership or heads are extremely rude and doesn't care about how you would feel. They will randomly shout or fire you. 4. There is a lot of attrition and firing at the same time. 5. CEO calls himself Elon Musk every now and then. 6. Other CXOs are spineless YES SIRs. 7. Company has not been able to expand it's TAM. All other products other than built in the initial days are a failure. 8. There is a so called strategy team which just takes notes in meetings and acts like project managers (other than doing pety politics) 9. Work timings were flexible as you have to work from morning 9am/10am till 11pm 10. Engineering or Data Science teams are not upto the mark. Literally someone from product has to lead everything. 11.
