The franchise set up with which the company was promising but the same had frittered away with the advantage after it took the reins in its own hands.

Deterioration in work environment and lack of understanding of the very concept of selling service as a product. Poor coordination between sales and operations verticals.

Since I stepped into regular service at the age of 35 years, I was bubbling with fire to attain success and took every instance as a learning that had kept me self-motivated to continue and understand the system functions.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
