Working at Hi-Tech Radiators Pvt Ltd is good experience since I joined as a paint lab technician fresher through campus placement. This experience has provided me ample opportunities to develop and polish my skills in business development, production planning and supply chain management. I have been exposed to in and outs of production life cycle along with process flow of supply chain department. Employees here are very friendly in nature but work with a dirty political mindset. Management decisions are mostly harsh from employees point of view. They didn't care about employees, no medical facilities, no insurance policies. No proper worklife 12-14hrs per day shift for staff engineers, no proper shop floor management, office politics this is very cringe thing happing in Hi tech radiator.
