Only Good thing about Hi tech radiator is their salary structure.
Dislikes
No proper worklife 12-14hrs per day shift for staff engineers, no proper shop floor management, office politics this is very cringe thing happing in Hi tech radiator. All control taken by the owner itself their is no value to the staff decision. Pathetic experience working with this company. No proper initiative taken by the HR as well.
