They don't have project, even if you are 10 years of experience and come here after switch. Then you start working on project. And once the project ends they will ask you to work on random technology and give output as if you have handson experience on that . Work is stressful Learning environment - the reality is that they want everyone to know everything so that they can fit us in any project they have at that time .. Like if you are a service now developer. And your project ends they will ask you to learn .net in a week and clear interview so that they can fit you in ....Read More

Dislikes

Stressful environment, bench managers are not able to allocate proper project to people. They want data engineer to answer springboot questions and if you are not able to you will be forced to resign .. they can't do proper mapping.
