No job security, if there are no project in company then they forcefully tell you need to drop a resignation. And they don't inform earlier, after completing bench period they suddenly inform to drop paper.

Culture is very rich here, Everyone treats you in a very good manner.

Dislikes

Very bad for long term association. Salary increments very low and there is very low job security as they can ask you to leave when they think that they don't able to bring us projects.

I have been working here for the past 6 months in Varicent ICM domain. Team is super supportive and it's really a great place to work.

Dislikes

My only concern is there will be not much opportunities in the ICM domain. Limited number of projects are available.

It's my first company so i liked most of the things but realized lately that everything's fake and each personality is fake and all are selfish.

Dislikes

When your manager forgets her words about you after completion of work especially during appraisal. But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Now the manager won't even remember me.

One of the worst company I came across. Does not value employees. No transport above 25kms Eben lady employees travel at their own risk from office after second shifts. HR's are least bothered, managers are unprofessional. Different employee policies within same company and within vertical too. People are frustrated and resigning without offers. In the name of cost cutting and for getting the cost cutting incentive or bonus the managers from top to bottom will provide 6 people in the place of 10 people. All 6 people must work hard. Night day anytime they will expect you to support and invariably you will extend. Work culture is bad. Management is bad

Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.

Guys, Please note if you are joining clarify the worse VPA scheme bcoz you will not receive your said in hand salary at the time of interview or salary negotiations. Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. Work life balance is good. Hike was decent. I joined a fresher in 2021 with 3 Lpa, after 2 yrs, with 2 hike n 1 promotion, my CTC is 5.7 Lpa

no job security all. In bench they will ask you to fake your Cv with client requirements, and will force you to attend interview, even if you don't have that skill sets. If you unable to clear any interview after 3 chances, they will ask you to put the paper.

I don't like the behavior of my quality and TL they both can't even have a manars like how to talk with the agents. The reason I left my job is the quality and the TL. Even because of this both guys I feel pressurised otherwise hexaware is good placed to work.

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings.
