There is nothing to like about.

The kind of unethical and unprofessional behaviour roams around here in the PCS department is mind blowing. Everyone out there is like the same and those who are not leaves the company in a few months and if they do not then they maybe have personal reasons. The manager here with his close aids abuses on the floor which seems reallycool and flaws easily here without having a thought on it how bad this behaviour is. Patients are fooled that the costs will be covered in insurance but it does not and therefore the patients are forced to pay the amount and only then they will be discharged, and this amount ranges from a minimum 5 thousand to an amount which can go upto 30 thousand rupees and no one has a problem in this because it is generating the revenue but they are forgetting that this is only for short term. They don’t know about their hiring need and when employee is short of work they provide any kind of work for which he was not even hired for and if he is unable to do it they sheds their knowledge to him that how he can be better even when that employee knows that he is already better and he is just being manipulated here for the company’s and senior leadership here. I wonder how this company can be called a competitor to Pristyn, I really wish that founders look deeply into their overall things so that they can get a overall picture and make the necessary changes which will make a positive culture with professionalism and ethics otherwise the long term game can not be played here....Read More

One of the best thing about Hexahealth is, if you have a problem/issue even the core members of the company will dedicatedly help you through the solution. I believe this way the journey of solution will be worked upon.

Dislikes

It's not about dislike but a suggestion that there should be more outings or outdoor sports involved.

The three cofounders balance each other out very well. Ankur under whom I was reporting was very calm and open to suggestions atleast in my experience. Another manager, Vishesh was also very calm and fair. Except for my team, most of the managers were of good nature.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all, they might kick you out the very next day if they find you are not of much use to them. During my tenure, a few senior positions were occupied by unworthy people just because they were close to the senior management. Such unworthy people were too egoistic and used to create a highly toxic work environment for juniors.
