Company has very good Work culture. Though there is some pressure at work, there is also a fun. The colleagues are very supportive. Management also believes in Caring, Trust and Respect philosophy which can be seen at all levels in organisation. Learning and Growth opportunities are ample and one can grow here with time.

Though there is alternate Saturday off. 5 day week is recommended as per current industry norms.

1. Upper management especially Dr. Nikhil Kelkar's (M.D./Owner's son) policies are outdated, hostile and company is a miser. 2. They do not provide any accomodation, ticket when one travels during Company meetings. You have to bear by your own. 3. Company has enabled GPS reporting / or tracking employees whether they are working efficiently and want various reports on time but will not approve any activity on time.
