Work Life Balance - While the official working days were Monday to Friday, I often had to work on weekends without additional compensation. Extended hours were common, with the average working stretching beyond the stipulated 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule. HR Policies - There were significant challenges in HR operations. Obtaining essential documents such as salary slips required multiple follow-ups, and the process for full-and-final settlements exceeded the stipulated 30-day timeline, which caused additional stress. Culture - The work culture seemed to vary between departments, and the technical department faced unique challenges. There was a perceived disparity in treatment, which could be improved to create a more equitable and supportive environments for all teams.
