Environment is work friendly at the same time work pressure is less compared to other Mnc's.

Food, Unhygienic Toilets, Dirty uncleaned Secondary shop floor, Too much chaos and unorganised place, They tried to accomodate too in too little space. And remember appraisal is something Hetero don't belive in giving to its employees unless you are residing at high position and with direct contact with Management.
