Company culture, structure & overview Hetero Analytical Solution LLP Moraiya, Ahmedabad, gujarat Hetero is analytical testing facility for pharma, cosmetic & chemical industries with total staff of 15 employee Company structure CEO>Technical head>QC officer & QA officer Also they have HR department with parallel Hierarchy HR manager>HR officer As CEO company owner As HR manager Company owner wife None of the employee rights given by government follow here Only Dictatorship policy follow They will behave with you just like slave Rules • There is 2 year bond with 3 month notice period if you failed to do so you don't get your experience letter, salary slip & full and final amount, also they will cash out your blank cheque • There are so many taxes (so called governments rules) which will deduct from your salary • There are no any fix date you get your salary it all depends on owner mood( if you have assigned to any work and you are late or unfinished your salary will hold for uncertain period) • Your 10% salary will be deducted every month which is promised to be refunded after one year completion (you will not get that back anyway) • No written rules or commitment for increment you have to follow all rules and wait for it normally you get 2000 Rs increment in 1.5 to 2 year • You can't take leave on Saturday or Monday if you take any one of them you will not get Sunday salary If you take leave and before you any person absent your salary deduct twice do you understand? It's complicated here i give you example( if you take leave of one day and there are two employees on leave that same day your leave consider as 3 days simply your leave = number of days x number of employees absent on that day) • If you want to take leave you should provide full details with proof for example if you are sick you have to provide doctor consultation report attached with necessary medical reports (only MBBS, MD & above acceptable you can’t take medicine on your own you have to consult doctor and submit report) also they take confirmation with your parents 😂 • If any how you miss sign attendance register it will consider absent, if you overwrite in register it will consider absent, if you fold any of register page it will consider absent (seriously), if register remain open last sign employees should be responsible for that catastrophe • For example if you had accident or any other serious emergency you have to provide strong proof & reason( I suggest if you had accident first take selfie try to show all injury and send that to company owner before calling ambulance) otherwise it leads to direct termination • If you are taking prior inform leave there are 4 step you must follow 1) start planning before 1 to 2 months 2) ask owner & his wife(HR) 3) after approval from them fill up leave slip 4) also don’t forget to inform in Whatsapp group before 1 day of your leave • No PL, CL & SL given to you until your one year completion (after reimburse your leave you taken during job period) after that you will get 12 PL which you can't use on your own you have to follow lengthy procedure in order to take PL • If you are unmarried female employee and you join this company and after 1 or 2 year you planned to get married please don't tell them without taking them in confidence that you will not leave company otherwise you straightly consider traitor • If you are working as QC officer and any glassware broken by you in that case some following step you have to follow first take some of broken glassware pieces and take them to Mrs. owner with down head never try to look up she will give you 15 min torture lecture which you have to listen forcefully and cost of glassware will reimburse from your salary in case any glassware broken but no one taking responsibility and also no one telling who is responsible in that case it is considered coup against management and whole team have to pay from their salary • If any instrument fail or damages so in that case one who passing closest to that instrument is responsible for that terrorism • If you're in hurry and your footsteps making noise you will get discipline lecture from Mrs. owners • If you join this company don't jump near kitchen and toilet area because below that area located Mrs. owner office and that noise make vibration in Mrs. owner stomach • If you have used toilet and you found someone not flush immediately report Mrs. owner otherwise you will responsible for that also in some case no one report incident then they will called meeting for this and official investigation team will assign to catch that person also so many statements were taken from multiple people including HK department • In case you don't have any work don't sit quietly and do nothing you have to do something I suggest act like you have something to do in laptop because they installed CCTV camera in all premise and both are watching every minute and they call you and asked why you are sitting there for more than 15 min • If you work in QC department do not go to issue any chemical bottle or glassware just sit and wait to someone go and issue otherwise you have to give multiple answer started with why, what , who, when, .... • Do not forget to off AC & don't set below 25c otherwise they switch off MCB of that ac and you have to work in 45c temperature • Do not borrow Mrs. Owner scissor and forgot to return it will leads to disaster for whole QC team Here some of the unwritten rules • You have to accept all abuse and torture with great pleasure and smile otherwise you are bad employee in their eyes • Never complain about anything to anyone • Do not oppose & ask questions to any company policy just smile and sign wherever they ask to do (Almost 2-3 new policy introduce in each month) • If anywhere you found your owners have wrong information do not try to correct them Note:- If you failed to follow any of the above rules it will eventually leads to termination Salary structure • For B.sc graduate fresher or equivalent you will get 10,000 P.M after deduction 9,000 • For M.Sc or equivalent fresher you will get 12,000 P.M after deduction 11,000 • Experienced candidates not welcome very well (You will leave company in one month) Facilities • Paid lunch with 50% amount • Free Tea morning & evening • Transportation service limited 2 route Job responsibility & Learning scope For QC candidate • You have do scanning of all documents for 3 month also arrange all documents folder and manage store room Other inappropriate work for 3 month • Afterwards they transfer you in QC department with conditional terms( such as if you assign to fill company water tank you have to first do that , if you assign to scan documents you must come in documentation area and scan all folder than you can go in Qc department • You don't learn anything from this company because they don’t have any experienced employee whole team will be 3-6 month experience fresher so all are confuse no one knows anything about testing you have to just copy and paste previous testing results • No technical head or any expert For QA candidate • There are nothing like QA • Your main responsibilities as QA officer just stamp documents and sign them • Even CEO doesn't know anything about QA Job Security • None at all • Many were fired because they have to go for their marriage shopping, coming 15 min late, not fill up leave slip and over suspicion...Read More
