1. Heavy Nepotism 2. No System Exist within the Company 3. Company is limited to only Cycle Business excluding Gear Business. 4. Employee Can be transferred into any department without any consent of Employees. 5.All of their JV are flop . 6. Company lacks in their Mission & Vision.
